For example, you can arrange a stopover in Lisbon or Porto for up to five nights when flying on TAP Portugal. Another possibility is the Azores archipelago in the Atlantic Ocean for up to seven nights when you fly to destinations in Europe on Azores Airlines from Boston; Oakland, Calif.; or Providence, R.I. Or spend a night in Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver when your Air Canada connection exceeds six hours.
