Jessica Rickert, PGWTA
In her role as Senior Vice President and Legacy Planning Specialist at Novare Capital Management, Jess Rickert places family connection at the center of wealth transfer conversations. She finds fulfillment in demystifying wealth, helping families feel more relaxed and connected through these discussions.
She also enjoys empowering beneficiaries through investment education, equipping them with the tools and confidence they need to step into future roles.
Before joining Novare, Jess spent 13 years at Vanguard, most recently as a Family Legacy Specialist. In this role, she partnered with wealth advisors, relationship managers, and estate and tax strategists to guide clients through wealth and family transitions. She also led education sessions and Women & Wealth initiatives.
Jess holds Series 7 and 66 licenses and earned a bachelor's degree in international business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
