What a difference a few years can make. There was a time not long ago when a million bucks looked like the entry ticket to the American Dream, especially in overheated housing markets in major metropolitan areas. No more. These days, a million dollars once again buys a lot of luxury in a depressed housing market. We looked to our Best Cities for 2008 to showcase exclusive homes around the country in this high-end price category. Check out what we found.
