Stephen Schmitt

The founder of Workplace Financial Advisors and a senior financial advisor, Stephen Schmitt has more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry and has worked with a variety of clients, including business owners, individuals and multiple generations of family members.

Throughout his career, Steve has held several leadership positions and advisory roles. He has successfully piloted marketing systems and trained dozens of financial advisors. He has also supported hundreds of clients with custom strategies related to retirement income planning, tax diversification, risk management and advanced insurance solutions.

Stephen has a bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's University. He serves as a board member committee member for the Stephen P. Schmitt Golf Outing, which raises funds for the University of Pennsylvania's brain cancer research. He is also an active member of Saint Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church and resides in New Jersey with his wife Megan, daughter Nora and son Luke.
