Paul has truly lived the American Dream — beginning his career in financial services with no formal training and rising through the ranks to prestigious positions like CEO of BPU Investments. As an adviser at Wealth Enhancement, Paul uses his financial planning, investment management and business skills to work with CEOs on retirement and succession plans and provides guidance on financial wellness. Paul is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planner (CEPA®). Paul is also a Five Star Wealth Manager (2017- 2024) award winner.
In 2025, Paul was named President of the Financial Planning Association. This appointment recognizes his unwavering commitment to the financial planning profession and his outstanding leadership. As FPA President, Paul will be instrumental in guiding the organization's mission to empower and support financial advisers across the nation.
Paul has been a Vistage Chief Executive member since 2014. Vistage is the world’s largest executive coaching organization. Wealth Enhancement is a Vistage Sponsor and assists Vistage members with their financial planning needs.
He is active in his community with organizations like the Heritage Community Initiative, the Navy SEAL Foundation and the Financial Planning Association. He has also acted as an expert witness for a variety of legal cases. Paul stays active by swimming, biking and running, as well as tackling Colorado’s famous fourteeners.
