Brian Hutchin

Brian Hutchin serves as executive vice president and director of Healthcare Services at UMB Bank. He is responsible for the overall administration of the Healthcare division, including national strategy, sales, operations, technology, project implementation and relationship management. Brian brings 30 years of corporate, institutional and healthcare industry experience to the role.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Central Missouri, and he is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). He currently serves as treasurer and executive committee member for the American Bankers Association Health Savings Account (HSA) Council.

Brian regularly advocates in Washington on behalf of ABA members, individuals and UMB clients to preserve and expand Americans' ability to pay for healthcare with an HSA through federal legislation.

Brian is also a treasurer and executive committee member of the board of the directors for the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), a nonprofit organization supporting tax-advantaged benefit programs that facilitate choice for employers and their employees.
