Roger J. Minch, J.D.

Roger Minch has been an attorney at Serkland Law Firm since 1978. He specializes in alternative dispute resolution, banking law, business and commercial law, complex commercial litigation and class actions and condominium board of managers representation. 
Minch first appeared in Best Lawyers in America in 1993, and has continued to be selected by his peers for inclusion for 30 years, including the newly announced 2022 edition.
He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from North Dakota State University.
