Managing Your Subscriptions
Can I manage my subscription online?
You can change or update your email and postal address, change your password, view your payment status, pay an outstanding bill and renew your subscription in the Kiplinger Account Area

Does my subscription automatically renew?
You can easily opt out of automatically renewing subscriptions in the Kiplinger Account Area.
Where will I find my subscription account number?
Your subscription account number appears on your mailing labels and any notices that are sent to you. It starts with a 3-digit letter code, followed by 10 numbers.
My payment has failed. What can I do?
If your payment has failed, you can pay your bill online in the Kiplinger Account Area or you can contact Customer Service, who will be able to assist. You can email Customer Service: kipcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call: 1-800-544-0155. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-8.30pm and Saturday, 7am-5pm ET.
How can I change my details on my account? (change of address, card/payment details)
Please visit the Kiplinger Account Area. You can update your address and any other account details.
How can I pause my subscription?
You can request a pause in your subscription by selecting Temporary Delivery Suspension in the Kiplinger Account Area. You can choose until further notice or select a specific issue when you'd like to begin receiving issues again.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Service via email: kipcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call: 1-800-544-0155. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-8.30pm and Saturday, 7am-5pm ET.
When does my subscription start?
The start date can vary depending on the Kiplinger title. Please see below for a list of the delivery estimates for each title.
- Kiplinger Personal Finance magazine, Kiplinger Retirement Report and Kiplinger Investing for Income can take 4-6 weeks for the first issue to be delivered after placing an order.
- The Kiplinger Letter and The Kiplinger Tax Letter can take 2-3 weeks for the first issue to be delivered after placing an order.
Gift Subscriptions
How do I renew a gift subscription?
You can contact Customer Service directly to renew a gift subscription by emailing: kipcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or calling: 1-800-544-0155. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-8.30pm and Saturday, 7am-5pm ET.
Can I cancel a gift subscription?
Yes, you can cancel a gift subscription whether you are the recipient of the gift or the bill payer of the gift subscription. If the recipient of the gift subscription decides to cancel their subscription, the bill payer would receive the refund.
Where will the gift subscription be sent?
The gift subscription will be sent to the recipient address that you add when you place the order.
How can I gift a digital subscription?
You can order a gift subscription via Customer Service. Email kipcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call: 1-800-544-0155. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-8.30pm and Saturday, 7am-5pm ET.
Delivery
Do you ship internationally? If so, how long is the delivery timescale?
Yes, we ship internationally. For monthly titles, we allow up for 6-7 weeks and weekly titles, we allow 4-5 weeks for issues to arrive.
What are the delivery time frames?
For monthly titles, we allow up to 4-6 weeks and weekly titles, we allow 2-3 weeks for the first issue.
Who delivers my subscription?
Magazines are delivered via the United States Postal Service.
My magazine arrived damaged, or my issue hasn't arrived this month. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. We would be happy to send you a replacement. Please request a replacement by contacting our Customer Service Team, who will gladly assist you. Email: kipcustserv@cdsfulfillment.com or call: 1-800-544-0155. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-8.30pm and Saturday, 7am-5pm ET.
Alternatively, you can visit the Kiplinger Account Area and select "Missed/Damaged Issue" to request a replacement. Please see below for instructions on how to do this.
- Log into your account
- Once logged in, you will see a list of your subscriptions
- Next to each subscription, there is an "actions" button on the right-hand side of the screen. Click this, and select "Missed/Damaged Issue."
- You will then be prompted to select the missing/damaged issue from the drop-down menu.
- If the issue is in stock, you can choose to either receive a replacement or extend your subscription. If the subscription is out of stock, you will receive confirmation that your subscription has automatically been extended.
Digital Subscriptions
How quickly can I access my digital subscription?
Once an order has been placed for a digital subscription, you should receive instant access to it.
What devices can I access my subscription on?
Kiplinger Personal Finance is available online and in our mobile app (available for Apple and Android devices). All other Kiplinger titles are available online. Customers will receive an email when their next issue is ready.
Can I access the current issue more than once?
Yes. Access is unlimited as long as the subscription is active. Once the subscription has been cancelled, your digital access is also cancelled.
Can I read my subscription offline?
Yes, issues can be downloaded for offline reading. Simply select the issue you wish to read and click "download". Please note this can’t be done in bulk and has to be done for each individual issue required.

How can I see what offers are currently available?

What are the benefits of a bundle?
A bundle provides both the printed and digital versions of your chosen publication/publications. The benefit of a subscription bundle is that you can access the content online while you’re waiting for your print copy to be delivered. You can also access back issues of the magazine.
Can I purchase a single back issue of a magazine without a subscription?
For Kiplinger Personal Finance, customers are able to purchase a PDF version via Kiplinger Subscription Offers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this for other Kiplinger titles.
What payment methods can I use for my subscription?
You can pay using credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. For phone or chat orders, customers can only use a credit or debit card.
