Online Access Problem?
Subscriber Access. To access any of the online Kiplinger publications, you must first subscribe to that publication.
Online access to any of the Kiplinger publications requires a recent version of Adobe Reader. To download the FREE Adobe Reader program, click here.
If you have already established access to the online version and are having access problems, you are likely seeing one of two messages. If you are seeing the message, "It appears you may have incorrectly entered your email address and password", please review your email address, clear your password field and re-enter your password, all lowercase. If you receive the same message again, it may be that you are entering an incorrect password. Retrieve a forgotten password here. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance.
If you are seeing the message "Access on this email address has been interrupted", please review your Account Status to make certain that your subscription is active. If your subscription expired before you renewed, please email us at email@example.com for assistance in restoring online access.
E-mail address/Password Trouble
E-mail addresses and Passwords can only be registered in lowercase letters. If you used any uppercase letters in your e-mail address or password try re-entering your e-mail address and password in lowercase letters.
Our system deletes any invalid characters in email addresses, such as colons, semicolons, commas or spaces. Try re-entering your e-mail address, replacing any commas with periods, and any spaces with either underscores (_) or periods.
New Email Address?
If you recently submitted a new email address and cannot gain access using it, please try your old email address. The change may not be effective until the next issue. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance.
