Matthew (“Matt”) Blecker, CFA®, CFP®, MBA, is Chief Investment Officer and Financial Planner at Eastern Planning, Inc., where he specializes in portfolio management, IRA distribution strategies and holistic retirement planning. Known for his analytical rigor and client-first philosophy, Matt designs customized portfolios that integrate investment, tax and behavioral insights to help clients sustain long-term financial well-being.
