Joe Harl is the lead financial advisor and partner at Guardian, providing fiduciary, holistic retirement planning with a focus on income, investments, taxes, health care and legacy. Joe is Series 65 and life & health insurance licensed and helps clients build long-term relationships with a trusted financial leader. He uses Guardian's trademarked process "The Guardian Retirement Blueprint" to integrate the five core areas of retirement planning into a clear, actionable plan.
Before becoming an adviser, Joe spent 15 years managing major operations in the oil and gas industry, including running one of Halliburton's largest offices. Those leadership and operational skills translated into a disciplined approach to planning and client service.
After a period of personal and professional change, Joe found his calling at Guardian — a role that allows him to combine technical proficiency with the empathy born from his own childhood experience of financial hardship.
Joe lives in Colorado with his wife, Tyler Earl, and their Aussiedoodle, Bob. He enjoys golf, travel and exploring new restaurants.
