I disagree with the best airline miles card. You're better off paying for a ticket costing $350 and using miles for more expensive tickets and upgrades. There is (so far, knock wood) no dollar limit on the FF programs' redeemed miles. The limits are destination based, and although they are costing more miles in '09, I'd rather spend 30000 miles for a ticket to Quito than 22000 miles for a ticket to Dayton.
