Gregg Not Always a Fan of Commerce

Congressional Quarterly, in its inimitable style, went back through the voting records of Sen. Judd Gregg and found he once voted to abolish the Commerce Department and has often sought to cut its budget. Gregg, a Republican senator from New Hampshire, will be named by President Obama today to be the new secretary of Commerce.
