Vera Gibbons
Vera Gibbons joined Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine as a special correspondent and contributing editor in July 2003.
Vera was previously with SmartMoney magazine, where she started in 1997 as a researcher and reporter. In 1998, she was promoted to reporter; in 2000, to staff writer; and in 2002, to special correspondent, where her primary duty was to represent the magazine on air.
Vera now assumes this responsibility for Kiplinger's. She is based in New York and can be seen regularly on NBC, MSNBC, CBS and CNN Headline News.
Previously, Vera was with Inc. magazine in Boston.
