Dan Rutherford is the editor of Kiplinger.com. If you have a problem or, better yet, a compliment, this is the man to talk to.

Dan joined the Kiplinger.com staff in 1998 as the site's deputy editor. He later became the site's managing editor and took over as editor in January 2003.

Before joining the Kiplinger organization, Dan wrote a weekly personal finance column for the Tulsa World. He also covered banking, insurance and securities, and managed special projects for the newspaper's business section.

He is a member of the National Press Club, and a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He holds a a bachelor's degree in journalism.
